I feed my little squirrel good friend Rocky within the park. We’ve been buddies for about 5 years. Because the Rock appears to be like at me consuming his favourite walnut snacks, he appears to be like completely happy. I imagine he’s completely happy. In any case, he’s a squirrel. Rocky isn’t possessed by something. He’s current within the second. He’s grateful within the second. He’s completely happy within the second. That’s his completely happy ever after.

After I practice in Aikido or write for the Good Males Mission, I’m current. I’m quiet inside. I’m completely happy within the current. I’m completely happy now. I’m like Rocky.

The current is all I’ve. The current is all that now we have. That’s our completely happy ever after.
